Pics disappear without reason

I'm growing increasingly underwhelmed with goodwidgets. I am using its slide show to profile my work on the home page of my photosite, and several times photos have just disappeared and the slideshow jams up. I want a professional look and this does not help. Thought I would try it out before purchasing the full version. I'm glad I did. I will not be purchasing from goodwidgets.
