Sorry for the late response. I sounds like a image got corrupt during the upload process. To see if this might be the case cold you create a new lightbox widget, then under the " upload your own" section click the Import previous uploads link. This should re-import images back. See if they all load back in. If any are missing then those might be the corrupt ones. If thats the case, try re-uploading the ones in question.
